What is Mojo and why should we mind it?

Mojo: the strength and vitality required for sustained activity.

Mojo is the driving energy within us. And by ‘energy’, I’m not referring to anything mystical, magical, or woo-woo. I refer to mojo as our inner resource of vitality. It’s the quality within us that keeps us attentive and attuned to our lives.

We mind our mojo so that we are fully resourced and present when it matters most: when making decisions, solving problems, and being fully present for life’s most meaningful and precious moments.

I support professionals via 1:1 and group coaching, training, and speaking at special events. These services may also be blended for you, depending on your needs.

Yes, ‘presilience’. No, it’s not a typo.

If there’s one thing we learned in ‘Covid College’ it’s that there are stresses in life that we can’t control or predict. However, we can manage how we prepare ourselves for life’s unavoidable challenges, heartbreaks, and profound frustrations: we can mind our mojo!

If resilience is about bouncing back, presilience is about attending to our vitality in such a way that we prepare for life’s inevitable challenges by boosting our mojo, and even prevent burnout.
