Meet + Greet: Sunday Morning Casual Coffee Chats
If you – or someone you know – is going through divorce, separation, or ending a long-term relationship, I invite you to join me for a conversation and a coffee, my shout.
Sound familiar?
- Everyone’s got opinions about your life, and frankly, you’re over it!
- Your lawyer’s become your therapist (hello expensive therapy sessions!).
- You’re stuck on repeat – same thoughts, same worries, different day.
- You’ve lost yourself somewhere in this mess and want YOU – whoever that is – back.
Sometimes all we need is someone who gets it…and a good coffee.
Here’s what I’m offering…
A chance to meet me, learn what divorce coaching is about and discover how it might help you move forward – whether you’re in the messy middle or rebuilding on the other side.
Over the next few months, you’ll find me perched at various cafes Elwood, Brighton, and Port Melbourne on Sunday mornings.
Come and say ‘hi’, have a coffee (tea / chai / whatever you prefer) on me.
Let’s have a casual, no salesy-strings-attached-chat about where you’re at in this life transition – and where you want to be.

Mind Your Mojo Meditation Mondays
Glide through the Silly Season with a weekly reset. Across four Monday evenings, give your parasympathetic nervous system time to reset and do what it does best: rest and recover.
These sessions will take place online, so you can join from wherever you are most comfortable, 8 PM – 9 PM (Melbourne time):

Restorative, ‘pre-silience’ mini retreats (2026)
Unwind for 3 – 4 hours on a Sunday (gentle mindful movement, relaxation, meditation, meaningful reflection opportunities) at a lovely spot by the beach.
